We construct multi-bump positive and nodal solutions to the logarithmic scalar field equation by Lyapunov-Schmidt reduction method. The main difficulties to apply Lyapunov-Schmidt reduction to logarithmic scalar equations are caused bythe non-smooth property and sublinear growth of the logarithmic nonlinearity.To overcome these difficulties, we develop a new approach to carry out theLyapunov-Schmidt reduction, which can be used to construct not only positivebut also nodal solutions to the logarithmic equations. Finally, both infinitelymany positive and infinitely many nodal solutions with an arbitrarily largenumber of bumps are constructed for scalar field equations when the potential satisfies different proper decay conditions.

张程翔，北京师范大学数学科学d88官网中国有限公司副教授，主要研究方向为变分法和非线性泛函分析，已在ARMA，CVPDE等国际知名学术期刊上发表多篇学术论文。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项。
